What‘s happened here is a large group of a company’s shareholders is getting a salutary lesson in the need to emotionally detach oneself from the company. Cult like behaviour and hero worship of the CEO and BoD has morphed into a team of fanatical true believers, an echo chamber has evolved and thrived where opposing views are ridiculed, the posters bullied and sent packing.

Shareholders have actually brainwashed themselves into believing they’re an important part of the business, but they’re not, unlike BoD or staff they’re not on the payroll, they’re unimportant. Yet they were celebrating the milestone of first production like they were part of the business, like they too had done all the hard work, congratulating each other, high fives, even though as we can see the shareprice tumbled from $3.19 to trading under one dollar when the ann came out!... and that’s after the CEO said sell when a firm offer came in for $3.00

    It’s delusional behaviour.
