If LTR management are lobbying the government for any assistance, then they would have to be close to not viable territory, or break even at best for the process to be taken seriously by said government. Obviously you don't petition a government for royalty breaks or assistance if you feel you are going to be profitable.
Second reason is the total lack of transparency when it comes to ASIC. Management have on numerous occasions been asked for costings & they have shied away or deflected from the topic. Another concern & red flag IMO.
