There are so many moving parts in the industry and also within the China economic planning/execution process that it's impossible to answer those questions. All we can do is observe and analyse imo. As investors as opposed to traders, people like us want to at least understand the fundamentals and provide some of the transparency that is lacking. We don't have teams of people sitting offices in Hong Kong or Beijing who can talk to decision makers within the bureaucracy and the big Chinese mining companies and processors and influence outcomes.

Hopefully with sharing knowledge we can make good decisions over the long term.
