    So, it seems to me that Australia is in the position of China manipulating the lithium price so that we are selling our countries precious resource at bargain basement prices, perhaps even at a loss. Greenbush is an obvious example. While they sell back to us Chinese made EVs at a premium (above the prices they sell them in China). This is their view of fair trade apparently...

    So, it seems obvious to me that we do one of two things. Either set a floor for our sales price for all mines regardless of who owns them (as highlighted in other posts) - and this is my preference or raise import tariffs for Chinese made EVs (like US and EU) to freeze them out of our market to show that there is consequence to their hostile actions.
