hmm seriously?
- LRS isn't crap it's not as large but it's tier one and low cost, it's smaller but is probably more profitable than LTR so it's a good addition to PLS portfolio
- the scale off these company's are totally different they are buying a non producer probably 2 years away - they are therefore getting a good discount they are spending around 500m or so
- they don't have the capital to make an appealing offer to LTR - they would need what 3bn script deal to get LTR
- how would they get Gina to sell for anything around. $1 or $1.5 when she paid $3 - her holdings alone block it and she does not need the money
