Or...., I recall that one of the objections from BHP acquiring local assets was longevity.
They want projects that will last fifty (50) years or more.
Maybe this is a defensive manoeuvre, in that if an offer should come, at least let us (PLS), make the most of it by virtue of volume.
As usual, these ramblings are like navels.
