The current low SP is of little relevance to any potential bidder. The SP is now much too far South of the price TG, the BOD, LG, and LTR's rusted on holders would even consider selling for, and most of us here already have a pretty good idea of just how much that would have to be to stand a chance of getting the nod. maybe next year things might change with both the LTR SP and the lithium prices returning to realistic values again?
