Brings back some memories. A developer tried about 10 different goes knocking on my mother’s door trying to convince her that her 2,500sqm block on the Esplanade with untouchable endless ocean views was not worth much. Trying all the rubbish our resident down rampers do here. She eventually sold it at auction for nearly 10 times the offer that twit was pestering her for!
In other words if you have something valuable hold onto it and ignore the noise from desperate charlatans.
