What if the short sellers are being funded / indemnified by Chinese Govt players? They used subsided Chinese lepidolite to undermine the lithium market, they funded the protesters against the Lynas REE plant in Malaysia. The sustained short selling of producers and near producers has the smell of a major clandestine operation. That possibility can't be wished away..
