LTR was about $3 a share for about 6 months after PLS was being significantly attacked by the short sellers. Under your scenario LTR should have been attacked at a similar time and because of the still remaining possibility of processong uncertainties with LTR, perhaps LTR should now have a higher level of attack than PLS.
