agreed, the shorting may well be the prelude for a lowball offer. My point is that LTR now has the cash to go the full hog. So I don’t see us being pushed in a corner where we face the unpalatable choice of an equity raise at low prices or having to accept a lowball takeover offer - both wiping out existing shareholders for a song.
I bought a bit more today and am happy the shorters afforded me the opportunity to average my price down!
