Thanks @dynofish. Reading into the article further, comments made about revisions to UG mine (PMT) the higher grade ore 2%ore 22MT currently to compete with GReenbushes high grade low cost operations. I believe LTR has this optionality likely factored in also which puts them ahead of the game....
