What you need to remember is that the maiden dividend that Atlas paid to Hancock (GR), soon after the $350M purchase, was $225M. Only a couple of years after the takeover, Atlas (through their Roy Hill Mine) paid a $3.2B dividend, of which Hancock received $2.31B (70%).
GR STOLE Atlas, and at the time, everyone knew it!
