According to my lithium watchlist, I can't see any justification for you singling out LTR's performance today. Despite the increased shorting and despite GS finally showing it's cards with PLS (by increasing its stake and therefore the SP) today, LTR behaved like most which only rose/fell within the 1c range.
However, if shorters and possibly GS & friends don't soon remove their foot from LTR's juggler and let the SP reflect true value, I am considering resorting to auctioning my LTR cap (the original 2021/22 design) to raise some surplus funds. Better that than selling any of my precious LTR shares!
