In fact, they’ve received money from LG to that purpose: survive during ramp-up. They know how much money it costs to produce their SC concentrate, how much they will cash according to their contracts, and have asked LG the needed amount to compensate for the related losses.
If you have inside info about estimated losses to be higher than their calculations and their cash at banks, please share it! It will be very welcome.
