to be honest NM, I think the company will do that, if someone convinces them to sell 50% of KV with a large cash injection, rather than return capital to the share holders, I think they will tighten the register with a share buy back at a premium price, if they could get below 1 billion shares on the register, would make the share register very tight and very sort after.
someone might remember here but I believe Chalice did this many years ago
