Who said the offtake price isn't based on the spot price? Not even partly based? If it's not the spot price, then is it the carbonate price? That price and trajectory has largely correlated to the spot price. The argument that LTR will be getting a superior price to other producers is without evidence and I think time will tell that the price they receive will be similar to other producers. LTR doesn't produce anything special that other producers don't. At the end of the day, it's just spodumene. It's not some whiz-bang proprietary mix. To think that LTR will be getting a price that's ahead of its peers is to really have your head up ya bum
