Yep that’s about how I see it . My wife and I were in Vietnam a month ago . I was amazed at how many battery powered scooters were running around . They looked like those scooters that were dropped from planes ( parachuted , ww2 maybe ?) and given the proximity to China , were probably made in China . Ugly as hell but practical !!
