Cant see the point in hybrids unless its for taxi duties in the city. My ice diesel has long term economy figures of 5.7/100. That beats plenty of hybrids.
I thought about getting a PHEV but realised it too probably wasn't the best of any world.
I'm retired and can charge off solar and will pick up a full EV within the next 6 months.
