And the production from the Giant Goulamina will keep prices low for sometime.
Its AISC is $365. Not even Greenbushes could compete at those prices.
Either the US and EU let the tariff barrier down, thus stimulating demand or supplies need to be cut drastically.
In an election year where job protection is paramount, I can't see this happening.
So IMHO, Li surpluses will be around for sometime.
And the production from the Giant Goulamina will keep prices low...
