Your board stated they were “fully funded” at the time with loan agreements in place with the “support” of Australian Lenders.
All that was required was for an independent expert to review the boards financial & project metrics - and agree with them.
Instead - what appears to have occurred was that shareholders never found out what the independent experts findings were as your board negotiated (jumped ship) a deal with LGES before that information was ever required to be made public.
