”Banks withdrew their support” your words.

What actually happened is questions were raised about LTR’s calculated metrics and assumptions used in the original Loan agreement. A bit like someone applying for a mortgage and overstating their income and understating their expenses - (accidentally of course) to get a bigger loan.

LTR likely also never factored in that the price of Lithium would or could go to the levels that have become evident.. the banks (rightly) were concerned they may lose their money. Some walked. The others - keen to still show support, right sized the loan amount (without expansion) and requested an independent expert examine the assumptions as security.

Also likely the independent expert arrived at the same conclusions - we’ll never know - as before that info became public - LTR had jumped into bed with a foreign entity and put all of your shares up as security for the deal (without consulting shareholders).

Banks didn’t withdraw anything or change anything - that was the issue that confronted LTR - with the clock ticking.

    Cheers

    DYOR IMO
