Underperforms its peers. lol. The take over bid was a chance for who wanted to get out. Prior to the offer the price was $1.50. So the drop in sp is in line with the market. You are a shorter in disguise, i will now read your posts in that light.
If you are long you would sell and buy an industry participant that performs better by your judgement.
