What I find both interesting and dubious, is the timing of these new report recommendations from Goldman Sachs and UBS (perhaps there are more). The price of lithium chemcals has been in the toilet for months and yet on the first glimmer of a change in sentiment that some economic fundamentals would be brought to bear in China with the closure of high cost/low quality/loss making production, we suddenly have them calling "sell". And yet, on my Commsec page for LTR we have GS with a supposed "neutral" setting with a $1.15 price target which has been maintained for ages at that level?
