I said that about LTM and the deal got done in any case. It's not what we think it's worth, it's what the market thinks it's worth. At say $2.00+ per share I reckon the deal will get done. That's a A$5b market cap and the weighted average price over the last 2 months is $0.743 per share. That's a pretty good premium to current market price and the big boys (and gals) will take that premium any day of the week.
