Mmmm yes I thought that could be the case, but surely if sealed bids were invited, then investors could be informed.
No I guess that would not work as then the amounts bid would become public knowledge and no doubt the bidders would not care for that scenario.
Oh well, I always like to think of solutions, however improbable they may appear
