Agreed GL, but a smart investor always covers themselves, just in case, and may take some off the table along the journey for the lifestyle choice. No doubt you have.
I was fortunate to purchase a sizeable chunk at 2c back in the day...I covered my investment and 4 months ago took a bit off the top.
Today, I purchased modest parcels for both of my teenage boys.
Am still kicking myself for not buying for them a couple of months back...
Owe well, no one ever went broke selling at a profit....
IMO, this is only the beginning for LTR..
