    Great post thank you@Kikker1959 .
One simple line from the article reinforces what a brilliant strategy our management team has deployed in leaving KV unencumbered / uncomitted up to this point.

"The canniest deals were done just after the bottom of the cycle." ( Canniest deals for the buyers that is)

The desperation of some to " do a deal" will come back to bite them. LTR did not do a deal at the bottom of the cycle. LTR has been patient and building. In any negotiation, the side which does not display desperation has the best chance of achieving a great outcome. If you take the attitude of "You may need us but we don't need you" you are in a commanding negotiation space. LTR was in no hurry, TG and DR knew the Lithium Supercycle was in its infancy and that demand would grow exponentially, but they had a monster in waiting. They knew it was just a matter of time before demand for Lithium would surge, they knew suitors would become desperate to secure supply. A deal for LTR is now desirable and probably imminent but now the deal will be on Liontowns terms. Well done TG and DR, thanks to you Liontown has the upper hand and LTR Shareholders will continue to reap the rewards for your foresight and business acumen.
