China just announced they will allow Evergrande to restructure their debt. Todays risk off mood in markets driven by fears of an Evergrande implosion. They may not bail out bond holders/share holders but they will keep the company intact. Todays announcement in my view is the first step. Restructure = haircut for bond holders.
