You know, I think I've heard this before from people who thought similar and sold, then later (*)revisited - some even with tear, saying, "WHY oh why did I sell".
Would you possibly feel the same if your investment were to triple or even just double in the next three or six months?
Think there are some scrambling to get a SMSF up and running (not an overnight task), who even with say $100k stand a very good chance (almost guaranteed), to double that. This is when commercial funds are crowing like a rooster targeting 12.5% - REALLY?
