Calculate in dollars how extra shares you want to apply for in the short fall, must be minimum of 2.5k ( but I haven't gone back to check whether this was for the priority offer or short fall). Follow the same process you did for the priority offer. Use the same unique Priority Offer access code you used for the shortfall and pay the extra money. You are done. Nothing further to do.
