I don’t understand the reason for your postings on this forum? Are you actually trying to help anyone with valuable input/opinions or just down ramp the stock and be negative towards other HC posters on this forum because your stock isn’t performing as well as you wanted.

And you haven’t given any real opinion on LTR besides we’re overvalued for x reasons, like what do you think LTR should be fairly valued at then and where do you see it in 5, 10 years? The reason it’s climbing without “off take agreements” or “income producing assets” or “DFS” is because the market is anticipating these events occurring with high confidence. It’s the way the market works and the fundamentals are there and quite obvious. Literally 45 minutes of research and you can start to understand why we are considered undervalued.
