M260 is worth something around 5c / share if you think of it in the traditional market cap valuation / spin-off sense.
So if nothing else was happening it might drop by that amount, but if you're familiar with all the other driving forces for LTR as we move towards the end of the year I really don't see it having a material impact.
If it drops back to $1 / $1.20 there are plenty of us who would be searching under the couch for extra dollars
