Hi @DaisyA i can understand why you don't want too much speculation. Nonetheless, we are in uncharted waters. Various external forces are at play here, hence i tend to be more open to speculation. I was browsing today a comment or critique against the RBA for stuff ups - they said interest rates would stay low at least until 2024 and those so called expert comments have all been rubbished and proven baseless - and now poor home buyers stuck to a deteriorating valuation on the back of neck and back-breaking mortgages. What TO and Adam said have big implications. This is a team that talks about sticking to the time frame but all the long lead time items have been ordered months ago and in the works, and dirt are being dug and concrete being poured as of last Monday. That's how agile this team is - 80 people will be on site accommodations within 90 days. TO has that luxury to call the shots unlike at his previous employer where red tape was rampant customary to a big ship.
Indeed, if the fallout of wanabes start appearing (due to unproven techs a number of aspirants are relying upon, or due to land-locked jungles and guerilla infested wilderness), LTR may have to step up to the plate for more supply.
