I've watched that 12600 figure and it always gets pulled before price point execution. Its been there at every 1/2 cent increment.
So this is definitely illegal from my understanding of market rules.
However what is encouraging is that someone or some entity is trying to paint a picture of stock being available when it is clearly not !
