The delta between share holders make it impossible in my book.
RIO SH will be up in revolt if RIO offered $5 for zero revenue asset, note: most RIO investers are not lithium bulls and are more steady as you go and pay dividends.
LTR SH will laugh at $5 bid even though it is 225%
