In addition, the company has also launched a heavyweight new product, the "Magic Speed" ultra-fast charging battery, which is the world's first battery to achieve 4c ultra-fast charging on lithium iron phosphate, allowing for a range of 400 kilometers after just 10 minutes of charging, with energy replenishment efficiency comparable to that of gasoline cars. Furthermore, CATL has announced plans to release a "low-temperature version" and a "long-life version" of the "Magic Speed" ultra-fast charging battery. The "low-temperature version" is mainly designed to address the charging anxiety of electric vehicle users in cold environments, enabling smooth usage of "Magic Speed" in northern winters. The "long-life version" of "Magic Speed" is expected to be officially launched in June 2024, with support for an 8-year or 800,000-kilometer extended battery warranty.
