LTR is in a very weak position to negotiate funding through offtakes....
The tables have turned since the Ford offtake and loan....
The banks wont touch it, offtakers know this...
A lot of new supply coming on this year and next....
Just LTR + LLL extra 1 million, more than PLS
Tesla always drives a hard deal...
Thats why CXO walked....
Don’t expect good prices from them either...
Especially the landed price, cif, after all that shipping....
Unfortunately low offtake pricing.....
Combined with high cost....
Combined with over supply means big losses....
Can Liontown sustain this for 18 months plus????
