You say, investing in Africa is very high risk. I agree, that is why Africa is only trading at ~60 cents, reflecting said risk. If Africa project was located in Australia, and all the announced metrics are true, it would probably be trading at ~200 cents today.
More often than not, the risk/reward ratios don't pay off, yet many invested in those regions, will tell the rewards are higher due to the additional risk they are taking....
