Very arrogant statement by Masters.

I am feeling very much offended by this statement.

We have rejected your offer Masters.
The BOD of Liontown and the majority of shareholders have agreed that your offer is ball parks away what we would like to sell it for.

Aren't you aware of it?

What do you mean by saying "it’s a standing offering, we’ve not pulled it"?

Do you mean our rejection has no effect on what you'd like to do but you are still insisting to buy it at your offer price $2.50?

How would you convince us to accept your $2.50 offer?

Which legal ways would allow you to that?

I even don't want to sell my shares at $6 anymore.
I want to receive dividends.

According to our detailed calculations and the latest financial reports of IGO for Greenbushes and PLS, LTR will make over $2.5b net profit (EBITDA) every year starting in FY25.

That makes $1.2 earnings per share (EPS) for that year. That is nearly half of your offer price.

If you know the fact that we don't want to sell, can you please explain why you are still saying "it’s a standing offering, we’ve not pulled it"?
