It looks like @Lurra solved the "floor issue" in their post (thank you, @Lurra!). You learn something new every day (hopefully).
I agree that our OTA partners won't pay significantly more than the spot price, but please keep in mind that their respective LiOH production facilities will be tailored and calibrated to processing the true SC6 samples that we provided to them before the OTAs were signed. In fact, two of those plants were probably designed with our SC6 samples in mind. They'll probably go as much as 10% to 15% above spot pricing, if we reach a point where LTR is threatening to invoke our suspension rights, because it would cost them at least that much to process a lower quality of SC.
Our OTA partners won't have very many alternate supply sources that can accommodate their high quality needs, if we suspend their supply.
I'm sure that both of us will know EXACTLY what is going to happen, this year.....right around 31 December 2024.
