Gina were bought ~109m LTR shares between 3 April 2023 and 31 August 2023;
then more aggressively buying LTR shares: spent ~$985m on acquiring 329m LTR shares at around $3/shares within 5 weeks.

After next Monday, she is allowed to make any offer >= $1.80/share which is 40% discount to her purchase price of the majority holdings.
