So there is nothing to indicate any TO from LTR, the mothership just has majority ownership of the project but wont buy the rest out?

With Tim Goyder being a shareholder in LSA one would think he doesn't want to miss out on whatever LSA JV owns, the tenement obviously is of interest to him. We still await any direct news affecting LSA shareholders.

It seems many here were predicting the new demerger would be absorbing LSA, does the recent demerger announcement from LTR indicate this? To me it doesn't indicate that scenario at all.
