I do think they work with a standard ratio, but when I communicated with a company representative yesterday, I was told that the offer was very well supported and given that I only was advised that I was granted a small number of the shares in the shortfall, I can only deem that to be correct. For the record I have 4 different HIN accounts and they were all the same.
