Thanks very much for your reply. I agree. It must be 9% before applying a 30% tax to earnings.
At first I didn't look at the definition, then I did see it but wasn't 100% sure. I compare my performance to returns in the media and newsletters from time to time to make sure that when I am no longer beating the average (on average) I give up and hand things over.
