After 19 Sep, how much of the issued capital will be traded on...

After 19 Sep, how much of the issued capital will be traded on ASX, AIMs and US Market? Given that they are not issuing more capital with the AIMs listing, I assume they remove shares from the ASX and move them to AIM to maintain the same MC. Is this correct and if so, who does this and how? Does the company buy back shares and reissue them on AIM? I have to admit, I'm clueless about this process.
