    Agreed. Grossly overpaid.
    As I said before he should have a basic salary with incentive bonuses tied to REAL performance reflected in the SP and market cap.
    In my opinion his salary should be no more than 250K, and that’s being generous considering all the puss and pain his nowhere leadership and lack of important contacts in the oil and gas industry has cost us.
