I received a reply from the ASX, re my recent Email, asking for assistance to break the 22 month Suspension Impasse, and its negative effect on Shareholders. The reply was as expected, quoting Compliance Requirements, such as Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules. However the interesting comments are as follows. " ASX's discussions with KKL remain ongoing and trading will only be reinstated once ASX considers that KKL's Securities are fit for reinstatement" What are the KKL Board and CEO doing about, resolving the Issues? How long does it take? We the Shareholders are entitled to better performance from this Group of so called Executives. The main issues are Valuations of KKL Thailand and Isity Global Pte Ltd. If a Re-Valuation puts Insolvency into play, then so be it. They may as well take the Company Private, or is this the intention anyway?
