Options Notice - CVIO
CityView Corporation Limited (“Company”) presently has on issue 96,529,950 options, each to acquire one ordinary fully paid share issued in the capital of the Company, exercisable at $0.15 each on or before 30 November 2009 (“Options’’).
The Company advises that the Options are due to expire on 30 November 2009. Options not exercised before 30 November 2009 by the payment of $0.15 per option accompanied by an option exercise form will lapse.
The last day for quotation of the Options will be 23 November 2009, being five business days before the expiry date.
The latest available market price for the Company’s shares was $0.005 on 2 November 2009. In the previous six months, the highest market price of the Company’s shares was $0.009 and the lowest market price of the Company’s shares was $0.004.
The Company has been granted a waiver from complying with Rule 6.24 of the Listing Rules of the Australian Securities Exchange Limited to the extent necessary to permit the Company not to send an option expiry notice to Option holders. Accordingly, an option expiry notice will not be sent to Option holders.
