Zero upside is currently priced in.
No other debt free stocks around with $9.1m market cap and $10.3m cash! (and lets not forget the $7.5m USD in tax credits).
Stupidly cheap based on shell value only.
Oh and the operating business has produced $3.2m in cash over the past 9 months!
No wonder this has been a take over target in the past....
